The people behind Fresh2U organic food delivery

Fresh2U is run by Wolfgang Mann, Nelson's largest certified organic grower and organic food enthusiast and author Nicola Galloway. Wolfgang has supplied a regular supply of organic vegetables to the people of Nelson for the last 20 years from his popular stall at Nelson's Saturday Market. Nicola helped Wolfgang on his stall for several years, sharing in his passion for fresh, flavoursome food grown in an ecologically sustainable way. Fresh2U started as a conversation about vegetable boxes. Wolfgang recognizing the market potential and Nicola recalling her experience receiving a professionally run vegetable box scheme while living in Canada. And so Fresh2U - organic food delivery - was born.

Wolfgang is the hands and feet behind Fresh2U ensuring you get a great variety of quality produce each week. Growing much of the vegetables himself at his certified organic property in Appleby, he also connects with other local and national growers to source a variety of produce to keep the boxes exciting. Born in Germany, Wolfgang's interest in organic gardening began when he was confronted with finding a purposeful way to earn a living in a peaceful and supported environment. The love for the outdoors mixed with challenging ever changing physical work created the recipe for his happiness.
