Delivery Area

We can deliver to most addresses in the Upper South Island. Our local delivery area covers Nelson City, Stoke, and Richmond.

Note: For local addresses the delivery charge is included in the box price for Balance and Garden boxes. For Custom Boxes the delivery charge is selected when placing your order.

We use Fastways Couriers & Rural Couriers for same day/overnight delivery to Atawhai, Mapua, Ruby Bay, Upper/ Lower Moutere, Motueka & Valley, Brightwater & Wakefield, Kohatu & Tapawera, Golden Bay, Blenheim, Picton and the West Coast. 

Courier deliveries will incur some additional charges dependent on your location.

Alternatively boxes can picked up from Oaktree Farm, Cotterell Road, Appleby.

Our commitment is to supply you with the best quality fruit and vegetables that nature can provide. If you are missing something from your box, or you receive something that is poor quality, please let us know and we will credit you the item or something to similar value in your next box. 

Due to the nature of nature sometimes the garden or our suppliers may not deliver what we requested and will substitute it with something else at last minute. This can be due to sudden changes in weather slowing growth or a grower may not have as much of a crop as they estimated. This will mean a last minute change to the box contents.

The beauty of working with nature is that it is always a surprise, like getting a present every week. Customers look forward to opening the box to see what is inside.

Garden animals – if you are lucky enough to find one of these in your box usually of the slug or green caterpillar variety please do not flush them down the sink hole but return him or her to some lush greenery.

Day of Delivery

The produce is delivered in a recycled cardboard box on Wednesday or Thursday depending on your location. 

Every week we pick up your empty box and swap it with a box full of fresh organic produce.

Note: if applicable please indicate a shady place for the box to be left.

Why not set up a weekly or monthly direct debit so that you don’t have to remember to make payment each week.

Cash payments only by prior arrangement as Fresh2U is not responsible for lost payments.

Missing Payments:

In the unfortunate case of us having to chase you for payment more than once, an administration fee will apply. We also reserve the right to charge late payment penalty fees should the situation persist.

Postponements and Cancellations

Going on holiday?
Simply let us know by email eat@fresh2u.co.nz or phone 021 2311 371 by midday Monday before you want the box suspended, and let us know your dates.

If you wish to stop your box please let us know by email eat@fresh2u.co.nz or phone 021 2311 371 by midday Monday prior to your last order.
