Garden fresh organic food delivered to your home
Delivery Area
We can deliver to most addresses in the top of the South Island. Our local delivery area runs from Marybank in Atawhai, through Nelson City, Stoke, and Richmond to Wakefield, Mapua and Ruby Bay. If you live out of this area we can put a box on the courier with same or next day delivery depending on the location. Alternatively boxes can picked up from Oaktree Farm, Cotterell Road, Appleby.
The produce is delivered in a reusable plastic box on Wednesday's between 1-5pm. Every Wednesday we pick up the clean empty box and swap it with a box full of fresh organic produce. Note: if applicable please indicate a shady place for the box to be left.

Payment is required by delivery day using automatic payment or direct credit to:

Or: leave cheque payable to 'Fresh2U Limited' (crossed non-transferable).
* If paying by cheque, place it in the plastic sleeve of the empty Fresh2U box each week to be picked up on delivery day. If you miss a payment please send cheque to Fresh2U limited, 121 Cotterell rd. RD1, Appleby, Richmond. *Please do not leave out or send cash.
Box contents
Our commitment is to supply you with the best quality fruit and vegetables that nature can provide. If you are missing something from your box, or you receive something that is poor quality, please let us know and we will credit you the item or something to similar value in your next box. Due to the nature of nature sometimes the garden or our supplies may not deliver what we requested and will substitute it with something else at last minute. This can be due to sudden changes in weather slowing growth or a grower may not have as much of a crop as they thought. This will mean a last minute change to the box contents.
The beauty of working with nature is that it is always a surprise, like getting a present every week. Kids love opening the box to see what is inside.

Garden animals - if you are lucky enough to find one of these in your box usually of the green caterpillar variety please do not flush them down the sink hole but return him or her to some lush greenery.
Postponements and Cancellations
Going on holiday?Simply let us know by email (or send us a message) or phone (03) 548 8737by 12pm Monday before you want the box suspended, and let us know the date you want it started again.
If you wish to stop your box please let us know by email or phone (03) 548 8737 by 12pm Monday prior to your last order. This allows us to deliver your last box in a recyclable cardboard box and pick up the clean plastic box. If the plastic box is not available when we come please return it to Oaktree Farm, 121 Cotterell Road, RD1, Appleby, Richmond within 7 days of last delivery.
The plastic delivery boxes are the property of Fresh2U. Please respect them and keep them clean. If damaged or not available for pick-up a replacement fee of will be incurred to your account. This will be credited back to you once the box is returned.
