By filling in our registration form to order a Fresh2U delivery & on receipt of our confirmation email, you are obliged to make payment for that delivery.
If you wish to cancel, you can contact us by email or phone before midday on Monday prior to delivery.
After midday Monday, the produce has been ordered & harvesting has commenced so orders cannot be changed.
We ask that you make payment prior to receipt of your Fresh2U delivery if possible.
Non-payment does not constitute cancellation of your order.
In the unfortunate event that we have to chase you for payment, an administration fee will be charged.
Late payment penalties will be applicable weekly until payment is received.
Once the outstanding monies reach $100 or more, the debt will be referred to Baycorp.
The plastic delivery boxes remain the property of Fresh2U Organic Food Delivery.
Please rinse them out with a vinegar/water solution to keep them clean & fresh.
If your Fresh2U is delivered by Milk&More or by Lucy, please leave your empty box out for collection when your next box is delivered.
Our commitment is to supply you with the best quality fruit and vegetables that nature can provide.
If you are missing something from your box, or you receive something that is poor quality, please let us know and we will credit the value to your next order.
We want you to be happy with what you receive and we appreciate your feedback.
Due to the nature of nature sometimes the garden or our suppliers may not deliver what we requested. This can be due to sudden changes in weather effecting growth or the gardens not having as much of a crop as estimated.
If this happens we will substitute something similar available from the garden for Balance & Garden boxes or credit your account for Custom Orders.
We aim to be a sustainable business so we use recycled packaging where appropriate.
We support our local community, not just by supporting our local, organic growers but also by contributing food to local charities.
You can contribute too through our Custom Order option.
