Potato Salad with Herbed Sour Cream & Asparagus (Petite Kitchen)

Chop potatoes into little cubes, toss in smoked paprika, drizzle with olive oil & sprinkle with sea salt then roast in a 200deg oven until golden.

Serve with blanched asparagus, capers, fresh mint, lemon wedges & herbed sour cream.
