Heat 2T olive oil in a heavy pan & add 1 small cabbage, finely sliced. Toss over gentle heat 4m until it starts to soften. Add salt & pepper & 400ml can coconut cream & simmer for 2-3m. Add 1/2c chopped coriander & serve.
