Leeks with Greens

Trim, rinse and finely slice 2 leeks.

Saute in a bit of butter with a pinch of salt for 5-6m.

Trim and shred a green cabbage or 2 bunches of kale & steam for 3-4m.

Remove from steamer & let excess moisture steam off then add to the leeks with salt & pepper.

Stir & cook 1m then serve
