Roasted Cabbage Slices

Preheat oven to 200.

Slice 1 cabbage, starting at top of head to get 1cm thick circles.

Oil baking tray with 1T coconut oil.

Lay out cabbage slices & drizzle with 2T coconut oil (melted).

Sprinkle with salt or a spice mix of your choice & roast for 35-40m – should be tender in middle, sides browning when ready to serve.
