Avocado, Orange & Radish Salad – Nadia Lim

Combine 2 handfuls of watercress, 4 baby radishes thinly sliced, 1 ripe avocado sliced & flesh of 2 oranges diced.

Toss with Citrus Dressing: 1 ½ T olive oil, juice of ½ orange, juice & zest ½ lemon, 2t rice wine vinegar, 1 ½ T sweet chilli sauce.

Ideally served with hot smoked salmon.
