Use 1 marrow or 3 medium zucchini.
Cut the marrow into 8mm rounds or the cut the zucchini lengthways.
Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper & toss to combine.
Cook on a hot BBQ grill for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden.
Arrange on a serving plate, squeeze over a little lemon juice, crumble over 50g feta, and sprinkle with torn basil leaves.
